What it costs
The whole price list is one line, so most of this section is about what that one line does not hide.
How much does it cost to ship a parcel?
$10 to any address in Canada, for any parcel up to 5 kg. That is the whole price list: no monthly fee, no minimum, no contract.

Yes. Whitehorse, Yellowknife and Iqaluit cost $10, the same as across town. Transit takes longer; the price does not change.
Are there surcharges?
No. There are no zones, no weight tiers, no volume tiers, no fuel surcharge, no oversize fee and no residential fee. One parcel, one price.
Do returns cost extra?
No. A return to your address is priced by the same one rule — $10, wherever it comes from.

How heavy can a parcel be?
Up to 5 kg. Anything heavier — big boxes, pallets, freight — is outside what Woosh does. Weight is the one place Woosh is tighter than Canada Post.
How big or small can a parcel be?
Woosh has no minimum parcel size. Parcels can be up to 200 cm on any one side, with length plus girth under 300 cm — girth is (height × 2) + (width × 2). A parcel outside that range is refused before you are charged for it, not after.
Where does Woosh deliver?
Every postal code in Canada — ten provinces, three territories, rural routes included. Woosh does not ship internationally.

Shipping day to day
Label, drop-off, tracking, and what happens when a label goes unused.
How do I get a label?
Orders arrive in the panel from your store, or you type one in by hand. Pick the order, confirm the box, and buy the label for $10. It prints on plain paper or thermal — both scan fine.
Where do I drop parcels off?
Any Canada Post outlet — nearly 6,000 across the country — or a street letter box if the parcel fits. No appointment and no handling fee. Ship enough and Canada Post can collect on their regular route instead.

Yes, on every parcel, never as an extra. Scans arrive at drop-off, in transit and on delivery, and the tracking number is written back to your store for the customer.
Track a parcel →Can labels print straight to a thermal printer?
Yes. Woosh Print is a small client you install on the packing computer; labels come out of the thermal printer the moment they are bought, with no PDF and no print dialog. It is optional — the browser PDF always works.
About printing →What if I buy a label and never use it?
Ask for it to be voided within 30 days and the $10 goes back onto your balance. A label the carrier has already scanned cannot be voided — once a parcel is moving, it has been shipped.
Connecting your store
Bring your orders in from a shop, a spreadsheet, an API, or type them yourself.
Which platforms does Woosh connect to?
Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, and Etsy in beta. You can also import a CSV export, connect any platform through the Woosh API, or run without a store and type orders straight into the panel.

No. Type an order in, or import a spreadsheet. Plenty of people ship this way and never connect anything.
Is there an API?
Yes. Buy labels, read tracking and receive webhooks over a documented REST API, with keys you mint and revoke yourself in the panel.

Yes. Invite the people who pack: an owner runs the store, someone who ships can buy labels, and a viewer can only look. Everyone signs in with their own email, and the activity log records what each of them did.
Paying for labels
A prepaid balance, no contract, and card details Woosh never sees.
How do I pay?
Labels come out of a prepaid balance. Top it up by Interac e-Transfer, card or crypto — the minimum top-up is $20, in multiples of $10 — and every label and every top-up shows as a line on your balance.
What happens when the balance runs out?
A label the balance cannot cover is refused rather than sold, so a parcel is never half-shipped. The panel warns you before you get there.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card payments are handled by Stripe and card numbers are entered in Stripe’s own form — they never reach Woosh’s servers.
Is there a contract, or can I stop any time?
There is no contract, no subscription and no minimum volume. Ship one parcel a month or a thousand; the price is the same and you can stop whenever you like.
