Press BUY + PRINT in your panel and the label comes out of your thermal printer — no PDF, no print dialog, no tabs. A small helper app, Woosh Print, runs on the packing computer and connects your printer to your Woosh account.
1 · In your Woosh panel, press Direct Printing at the bottom of the sidebar and hit SET UP DIRECT PRINTING. That creates your printing account — the sign-in appears right there with copy buttons.
2 · Download the client from the same panel and install it on the packing computer.
3 · Sign in with those details. The app stays signed in and starts with the computer.
4 · Your printer appears back in the panel under NEW PRINTERS ON YOUR ACCOUNT — press ADD and every label prints straight to it. Send a TEST print to prove the path.
Your printing sign-in isn’t a password you chose — Woosh manages it for you. Open your panel → Direct Printing at the bottom of the sidebar → the SIGN IN WITH block shows the email and password with copy buttons, any time. There’s nothing to reset and nothing to remember; if you reinstall the client or move to a new packing computer, sign in with the same details from the panel.
Check three things, in order: the packing computer is on, the Woosh Print app is running (it starts with the computer unless it was quit), and the printer itself is on and loaded. The Direct Printing line at the bottom of your panel’s sidebar shows live status — green means ready. Labels always have a fallback: if direct printing can’t reach the printer, the PDF opens in your browser so nothing blocks a shipment.
