WooshStart shipping
Terms of service.

Short, because the deal is short: you pay $10 a parcel, we get it delivered on the Canada Post network.

The service

Woosh sells flat-rate parcel shipping within Canada. $10 for any parcel, to any province or territory. Any parcel up to 5 kg, with no minimum parcel size, up to 200 cm on any one side, with length plus girth under 300 cm. You print the label, drop the parcel at any Canada Post outlet, and delivery runs on the Canada Post network.

There is no subscription, no minimum, and no contract term. You can stop using Woosh at any time and owe nothing beyond labels already bought.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. What happens under your login is your responsibility until you do. You must be a real business or person shipping real parcels; accounts created to probe, resell, or abuse the service will be closed.

What ships

Anything legal to mail in Canada. Canada Post’s non-mailable matter rules apply to every parcel: no dangerous goods, no prohibited items, nothing misdeclared. A parcel that breaks those rules can be held or destroyed by the carrier, and the label is not refunded.

Declare honestly. The flat rate depends on the pool being honest — deliberately wrong declarations are grounds for closing an account.

Prices and payment

The price is on the label when you buy it: $10, in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. A bought label is a purchased shipment; unused labels can be voided within 30 days for credit.

Delivery and claims

Delivery times are estimates, not promises — distance changes how long a parcel takes, never what it costs. Lost or damaged parcels are covered up to $100 of declared value; tell us within 30 days of the ship date and we make it right or refund the label and the declared value.

What we are responsible for

Running the service with care and honesty. Beyond the claims coverage above, our liability for any parcel is capped at what you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect losses — missed sales, contracts, or goodwill.

Ending things

You can close your account whenever you like. We can close an account that breaks these terms, with notice and the reason. Either way, shipments already in the network finish their journey and paid balances are settled.

The legal frame

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. If a term is found unenforceable, the rest stand. Canada Post is the carrier; nothing here implies Canada Post endorses Woosh.
